Coda - constructive period 1

Although there are some minor examples of note-diminution, the main tendency in this period is to have note-addition, building up from the residue of the former period. Bar 184a has exactly the same note-content as the residue before. The rhythmic density is raised in this transition only. The rest of the period remains in 16th notes, combined with rolls. There is a sudden change in dynamics in bar 184a from pianissimo to forte; the rest of the period remains forte after this. Accents are added in the main motif from measure 189. The phrasing is not altered. The melodic curve evolves from the quite static residue in measure 182, to a capricious build-up, to the quite capricious main motif. The tempo increases suddenly in bar 184a from 50 to 132 bpm and then gradually slows down to the main motif’s tempo (84 bpm) in bar 190. There are some note-rotations between measures 187 and 189.
