Although there is the diminution of B3 in measure 84 and the diminution of the first half of the pattern in measure 88b, the main tendency in this period is to have note-addition, building up to motif 2 in measure 90. The rhythmic density is raised from the very broad rolls in measure 69 to the use of 32nd quintuplets in measure 90. Dynamics evolve in crescendo from ppp in measure 69 towards fortissimo in measure 90. No accents are added and also phrasing is not really affected. The melodic curve evolves from the static residue in measure 69 to a very fluent curve in motif 2 in measure 90. The tempo is not altered in this period. There are some note-rotations between measures 84 and 87.
